Return Policy
Products Delivered via Electronic Download
Product return policies are set individually by each of our product
manufacturers. To return an electronically delivered product, please
contact the software manufacturer and request a product return. The
software manufacturer may ask you destroy the software or delete it
from your system. You will need to provide them with your full name,
address, product(s) ordered, and date of purchase.
Shipping Polices
Most of our software and other digital
products are available for Internet delivery through our secure
servers. Delivering software to you via Internet download is the
fastest and most efficient mode of delivery available. However, some
of the software products that we carry may be too large to download
efficiently, so physical shipments are necessary. To ensure
that your products are delivered quickly and easily, we have chosen
Federal Express and UPS as our freight carriers. Shipping rates vary
due to the differing weight of software packages and the regions to
which they are being delivered. For the most accurate and up to the
minute charges, please use the shipping calculator that is part of
the shopping basket.
Products ordered for physical delivery before 3:00 PM Central
Standard Time on a regular business day will be shipped the same
day. All products ordered for physical delivery after 3:00 PM
Central Standard Time will be shipped the following business day. We
ask that you allow two business days to receive your shipment via
Federal Express and five to seven business days if you have chosen
UPS as your delivery method.

You may have heard of the term "cookies". Most, if not all
e-commerce merchants routinely use
